Giuliani had the worst dollar for delegate record in U.S. history. The former New York mayor spent more than fifty million dollars on his campaign and received just one single delegate. At that rate Giuliani would have needed to spend $60 billion to win the Republican nomination.That might seem like a bit of kicking the man when he's down, but I don't feel so bad after the way he lied about 9/11 so profusely. I might disagree with just about everything McCain says, but at least he's not a moral monster, or married to one.
